SOCIETY AND JUSTICE

Justice involves fair deal , humane arrangement and good treatment of elements in Society. Justice comes from high moral sense , sound reasoning and sane application of rational and good laws.
In Society , Justice must operate and prevail. It must be seen to function. To elicit needed confidence in Justice System.
Protection of members of Society , proper administration and survival of inadequate where Justice is lacking. Social Justice calls arrangement of Society in favour of removal of irrational inequality , deprivation of basic needs and exploitation of peoples.
There is no true Justice under Capitalism. Social Justice is a mirage. Justice works in the interest of Capitalists and their lackeys. Peoples have no meaningful and fair treatment under Capitalist Justice System.
Judiciary must be sound morally , humane and skilled in Basic Logic. In order to deliver better Justice for all.
Social Justice demands production of commodities to satisfy needs. And not for profit. Society in which collective labour of members is used for satisfaction of basic individual needs is anti Capitalist. And devoid of exploitation of human labour. To enable exponential accumulation of wealth for Top 1%. And impoverishment of majority who create wealth.
New Social Order based on Communist Principle promotes Social Justice. The Principle is From each according to their ability. And to each according to their needs.
Capitalism is pregnant with the New Humane Order.
Inherent Conflict of Capitalism is opposing interests of the majority Class of Workers and the minority Class that owns major means of production. The conflict is necessary for birth of the New Order. Which is Communism , a better and improvement arrangement over Capitalism. Class Struggle due to opposing interests is the Midwife to deliver Communism.
