In attendance are elderly relatives and associates of the baby girl. And a native Surgeon called Wanzam. A Wanzam is very skillful and highly repected for efficient and effective cutting of part of female and male genitalia , specifically the Clitoris and Foreskin of penis.
On hand for immediate use by the native Surgeon is a sharp knife treated with herbal concoction. And a special mixture of healing herbs. The New baby is presented to the Surgeon few minutes to actual cutting.
He or she prays , chanting and pouring libation to the Ancestors and gods. Then in a split second the relevant part is removed. Healing mixture is gently applied at wound. And baby handed over to the relatives.
Everyone around thank Ancestors and gods for successful Surgical Operation. With great joy the Circumcision Ritual comes to an end.

Abnormal Sexual Activities may be criticized. But practitioners and supporters of such ways of life must be loved and accepted. They may be encouraged to appreciate normally accepted Sexual Values in Morally Sane Society.
